2 General Safety Instructions! - Check that the installation, putting into service and maintenance of this apparatus is carried out by qualified personnel with knowledge of the apparatus to be installed. All the procedures as laid out in this installation and service instruction manual must be known. - To perform the following installation requires a vocational training (electrician, electrical engineer) and some years of experience. - Make sure the standard and legal prescriptions are adhered to during the installation, putting into service and maintenance. All procedures must be carried out in strict compliance to the rules of good working practice and safety at the work site. - Please read this instruction manual and plan the work before starting the installation. - Strictly follow the information given in this instruction manual. - Pay special attention to the danger notes as indicated in this manual by the following symbol: - Check and ensure that the personnel operating the apparatus have the instruction manual at hand, as well as the necessary information for correct installation. - Before starting the retrofit upgrade the switchgear must be deenergized. The switchgear is de-energized by operating the switches to disconnected position. - Check that all mechanism springs are discharged. If in doubt, close and open the switch. 2/10

3 Sikkerhetsinstruks! - Sørg for at installasjon, idriftsettelse og vedlikehold er utført av kvalifisert personell som har kjennskap til utstyret som blir installert. Vedkommende må også kjenne til prosedyrer som er beskrevet i dette installasjonsheftet. - For å utføre følgende installasjon kreves yrkesfaglig erfaring som elektriker, elektroingeniør eller liknende. - Sørg for at sikkerheten rundt installasjonsarbeidet er ivaretatt i henhold til nasjonale normer og forskrifter. Arbeidet utføres av en fagperson. - Les manualen nøye før arbeidet påbegynnes. - Utfør installasjonen nøyaktig som beskrevet i denne manualen. - Vær spesielt nøye med å lese og følge anvisninger når det er indikert med fare symbolet: - Sørg for at betjeningspersonell har dette installasjonsheftet og har fått nødvendig informasjon når de betjener det installerte utstyret. - Før installasjonen påbegynnes, sørg for at avgangen det skal jobbes på er strømløs og at bryterne er utkoblet. - Alle fjærer på mekanismene må være avspent. Unscrew the fixing screw and remove the upper front cover Løsne festeskruen og fjern det øvre frontdekslet 4/10

Place the locking disc on the operating shaft The position of the locking disc depends on if the customer s requirement is to lock the earthing switch in closed or open position NB! Bolt shall point inwards, as shown in the pictures Plasser låseskiven på betjeningsakselen Stillingen på låseskiven avhenger av om kunden ønsker bryteren låst i lukket eller åpen stilling OBS! Pressbolten skal vende innover, som vist på bildene 7/10

8 7 NB! Position of interlocking washer in step 5 OBS! Forriglingskoppens posisjon i punkt 5 7. Fix the interlocking washer and the circlip, which were removed during step 5 Fest forriglingskoppen og seegerringen som ble fjernet under punkt 5 8. Fix the padlock bracket which was removed during step 4 Fest hengelåsbraketten som ble fjernet under punkt 4 9. If there was a interlocking bracket removed during step 3, fix it Dersom det var en forriglingsbraketten som ble fjernet i punkt 3, fest denne 8/10

Assemble the Ronis key interlock with the fixing plate Fix this assembly on the rear side of the padlock bracket with 2 pieces of M5x30 screws Sett sammen Ronislåsen og festeplaten Fest disse på baksiden av hengelåsbraketten med 2 stk M5x30 skruer 9/10

10 Fix 1 piece of M4x16 screw and 2 washers into the front padlock bracket Cut hole in front panel foil where cut out intended for Ronis key is oriented in front panel Fest 1 stk M4x16 skrue og 2 underlagsskiver i den fremste hengelåsbraketten Skjær hull i folien foran det prefabrikkerte hullet i frontplaten beregnet for Ronislås 12. Re-place and fix the upper front cover Sett tilbake og fest det øvre frontdekslet 10/10
