4 Forberedelser Nødvendig verktøy: Skrutrekker Egnede skruer Innfesting og forankring For å sikre stabil og sikker montering, må taket være helt rett og av god konsistens med høy bæreevne. Svake takkonstruksjoner må forsterkes, og himlinger kan ikke benyttes for oppheng av taksokkel. En typisk forsterkning er en stålplate som er så stor at den kan festes i takets dragere, for senere å bli benyttet for innfesting av selve taksokkelen. Det er installatørens ansvar å forholde seg til nasjonale bygningsforskrifter. Ukorrekt installasjon av taksokkelen kan resultere i skade på tak, taksokkelen eller armaturer eller at taksokkelen faller ned og skader pasienten og ansatte.taksokkelens vekt i lengde 1000 mm er 1 kg. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the supporting ceiling and building construction is safe, adequetely strong and in compliance with all applicable building regulations (Se section Support and anchorage below). 8 Preperations Necessary tools: Screw driver Appropriate screws Support and anchorage To secure stable and secure installation the ceiling needs to be level, with good consitency and with high carrying ability. Weak ceiling constructions need to be reinforced. A typical reinforcement is a steel sheet large enough to be mounted to the carrying beams of the ceiling for later use with the ceilling mount. Making sure the installation is in compliance with national building regulations is the responsibility of the installation personnel. Incorrect installation of the ceiling mount or light fittings can result in damage to the ceiling, the ceiling mount, light fittings or the ceiling mount falling down, causing injury to patient or personel. The ceiling mount with 1000mm length weighs 1kg. Art.nr Page 8 of 9
