Mission, Vision and futures of the College Motto of the College: The motto (Let the learning of Guru and Disciple be bright and lustrous) is seen at the base of the Emblem, which is taken from Yajurveda (Krishna) ch. II (ii). These thoughts are symbolized in the Emblem the ray of of sun in the Arena of STC stand for brightening of Teaching. Learning process. The enlighten trainee is represented in the form of the torch flame. Our product is the torch flame of our vision, mission & aim, which is ready to enlighten the world. Mission: Our mission is Excellence through Training. To achieve excellence through all sorts of professional lustrous learning of pre & in service teachers is the mission of the college. The Sanskrit version of the Mission is Prashikshnat Pravinyam Vision: Our vision is to prepare Excellent Teachers through capacity building training, so that all teaching community will identify our product & will brand it as an STCIAN teacher. Salient futures of the college: 1. Highly qualified teaching staff. 2. Well-equipped library with rare book section. Book in English, Hindi, Gujrati, Urdu and Marathi language are available in the library too. Digital books being added to the library each year. 3. Ultra-Modern computer laboratory on first & second floor with Networking & MTNL s Broad band facility is available in the office, computer rooms & classrooms. 4. Educational technology cell with interactive board, LCD projectors, T.V., V.C.D. & ACD players. 5. CCTV surveillance for student safety. 6.
