Stort potensial for økt utvining.

Historen så langt: Antall brønnintervensjoner siden 2006: 64 Type of operations: Install plugs (for later rig work) - Install straddle inserts Perforation (and re-perforation) - Change out of DHSV and Gas lift valves Scale removal (milling) - Scale squeeze Production logging - Caliper runs Leak detection - Sand removal (limited volumes) Installation/retrieval of Xmas Trees
Example 1; Scope: PLT and perforation of new zone Duration: 25 days Operational efficiency; 89,7 % WOW: 0 % Downtime: 10,3 % (stack related) Result: Flow rate increased from 225 to 805 Sm 3 /d
Example 2; Scope: PLT and re-perforation Duration: 13 days (9,5 days ahead of schedule) Operational efficiency; 100 % WOW: 0 % Downtime: 0 % Result: Flow rate increased from 740 to 1000 Sm 3 /d
Example 3; Scope: Scale milling and perforations Duration: 30 days Operational efficiency; 80,3 % WOW: 0 % Downtime: 19,7 % Result: Increased oil production from 468 to 1204 Sm3/d. Scale milling tool, Aker Well Service
Internasjonal satsning LWI er etablert og anerkjent som lønnsom intervensjons metode på grunt vann i Nordsjøen Etter hvert som gjennomsnittlig brønnalder øker i andre regioner kommer tilsvarende LWI behov: Vest Afrika Brasil GoM Fjerne Østen Alle disse områdene vil kreve dypvannsystemer

Dypvanns wireline intervensjon Samme grunnprinsipp som grunt vann Hovedutfordringer Kabel operasjon (cable conveyance) Tillatt total brønnverktøyvekt Eller, bruk av Composite Intervention cable: Første prototyp testes okt.09 Demo 2000 prosjekt
Cable conveyance Deployment of toolstring During intervention (RIH)
Composite cable (6.850m) Klar for test i Groningen
