Utvalgte selskaper SEVAN (Kjøp, NOK 30) 6 Oslo London - New York Sevan Marine er et engineeringselskap som tar sikte på å tjene penger på sitt patenterte sylinderformede design for FPSO- og FSO-enheter. Inntjeningen kommer fra konseptstudier, forstudier og lisensavtaler. Aksjen gir dermed eksponering mot FPSO-sektoren, men uten byggerisikoen. Selskapets teknologi tilbyr oljeselskapene/operatørene lavere investeringskostnader som en følge av redusert stålbehov og fravær av dreietårn. Endelig salg av Voyageur til Teekay, samt salg av gjenværende skrog gjør at selskapet i Q2 fullførte endringen fra en eiendelsbasert virksomhet til et rendyrket engineering- og teknologiselskap. Dette har etter vårt syn redusert den operasjonelle risikoen betydelig. I og med at selskapet er gjeldfritt og har en kontantbeholdning på USD 52 mill ser vi begrenset finansiell risiko. Vi venter at selskapet vil yte Logitel et lån på ytterligere USD 9 mill med tanke på det første avdraget til verftet i forbindelse med skrog nr 5. Utover det mener vi balansen gir rom for å initiere utbytteutbetalinger i tiden fremover. Kommende kontraktsmuligheter: Sevan er involvert i to FPSO FEED studier i samarbeid med Teekay (for Bream- og for Catcher-prosjektene). Videre arbeider ledelsen med sikte på å sikre nye lisensavtaler direkte med sluttkunder (Sea Lions-, Pengiuns- og Frøy-prosjektene). Vi er optimistiske med tanke på mulighetene til å sikre seg to av disse avtalene, men venter ingen nye lisensavtaler før i begynnelsen av 2014. Kjøpsanbefaling og kursmål NOK 30 pr aksje. Utvalgte selskaper Photocure (Kjøp NOK 48) Selskapet utvikler og selger løsninger basert på fotodynamisk behandling Hexvix/Cysview brukes til deteksjon, behandling og oppfølgning av blærekreft. Selskapet hadde 41 cystoskoper utplassert ved amerikanske klinikker ved Q2 og målsetting om 55-60 utplasserte enheter innen 2013. Cevira planlagt benyttet i behandling av infeksjoner som kan være forstadiet til livmorhalskreft. Fase IIb data lagt frem i des. 2012. 95% av CIN2-pasientene viste respons og for 83% av pasientene forsvant HPV 16 og 18. HPV-infeksjon er årsak til nesten samtlige tilfeller av livmorhalskreft, og HPV 16 og 18 forklarer ~70% av tilfellene. Oppfølgningsdata på pasienter har styrket våre forventninger til en partneravtale i løpet av H2 2013. Avtaler gjort i sektoren (EUR100m+) indikerer signifikant oppside i forhold til vårt estimat (NOK200m). Visonac planlagt benyttet til behandling av moderate / betydelige hudproblemer. Alternative behandlinger har uønskede bivirkninger i form av antibiotikaresistens eller toksitet. Fase III planlagt Q4 2013, men selskapet har betinget dette av at de inngår en partneravtale. En avtale kan løfte verdien på prosjektet, dekke kostnader på NOK 200 mill og øke sannsynlighet for suksess. Galderma har fortrinnsrett, hvilket både kan holde interessenter unna og øke prisen. Vi ser en mulighet for at de kan ha en partneravtale på plass innen utgangen av året, men mest sannsynlig at annonsering av en slik avtale trekker inn i første halvår 2014. Kjøpsanbefaling og kursmål NOK 48 pr aksje: Vårt risikoveide estimat for summen-av-delene er NOK 53 pr aksje. Vi benytter en likviditetsrabatt på 10% for å komme frem til kursmålet. Inngåelse av eventuelle partneravtaler vil kunne løfte vår ikke risikoveide verdsettelse (NOK 92 pr aksje) av prosjektene. Utvalgte selskaper BWG Homes (Kjøp NOK 19) Boligbygger med virksomhet i Norge og Sverige under merkenavnene Block Watne, Hetlandhus, Kärnhem, Myresjøhus og SmålandsVillan I Norge kunne selskapet melde en ordreinngang på NOK 214 mill for august, opp 11% fra august 2012 og rekordnivå for denne virksomheten og måneden. Veksten kom tross negative signaler i media om høyt tilbud av bruktboliger og utflatende prisvekst. 12-måneders rullerende ordreinngang i Norge var på NOK 2.3 mrd, opp 11% fra samme tidspunkt i 2012. Vi estimerer en omsetning på NOK 2.4 mrd for virksomhetsområdet i 2013 og etter vårt syn støtter ordreinngangen estimatet. Sverige rapporterte en ordreinngang på NOK 122 mill for august, opp 5% fra august 2012. 12-måneders rullerende ordreinngang er her på NOK 1.3 mrd, opp 13% i forhold til på samme tidspunkt i fjor. Det er fortsatt relativt lavt, men likevel en bedring fra de foregående årene (2011, 2012). Lansering av flermannsboliger gjør at vi venter vekst over markedsveksten fremover ved at selskapet tar markedsandeler med nye produkter (leiligheter og rekkehus). Den nye hovedaksjonæren, OBOS, har gjennom eierandeler i AF Gruppen og Veidekke vist at de vektlegger utbytte fra porteføljeinvesteringene. Når det gjelder BWG Homes er det signalisert et utbytte på minimum 50% av EPS fra 2013. Kjøpsanbefaling: Aksjen er verdsatt i markedet med en rabatt i forhold til tilsvarende selskap (EV/EBIT 7.3x 2013 og 5.6x 2014 mot henholdsvis 11.8x og 9.0x). Vi ser et betydelig re-prisings potensial i takt med at den ny utbyttepolitikk implementeres. Utbytteutsiktene demper samtidig nedsiderisikoen. Med en ordreinngang som gir støtte til estimatene har vi en kjøpsanbefalingen og et kursmål på NOK 19 pr aksje. 10 Oslo London - New York
