Målse\ng med skyggegruppen (fra søknaden) Formålet med prosjektet er å sikre koordinering og informasjonsutveksling mellom norske aktører på ulike europeiske arenaer innenfor temaet Smartgrids. Prosjektet vil gjennom dannelsen av slik skyggegruppe sikre at norske problemsvllinger kan prioriteres og ivaretas på en best mulig måte. Gruppen vil også fungere som et kontaktpunkt mellom Norge og Europa innenfor temaet Smartgrids. 3
Konkret målse\ng med søknaden er å få støoe Vl: Spredning av informasjon gjennom møter i den nasjonale gruppen Utarbeidelse av prosjektdokumentasjon fra møter i den nasjonale gruppen Informasjons- /koordineringsarbeid inn mot relevante aktører Spesielt vil The Norwegian Smart Grid Centre beny9es for å spre slik informasjon 4
Fra første møtet i skyggegruppen Informasjonsspredning er vikvg og en konkret målse\ng er å utarbeide underlag som viser mulighetsrommet for norske aktører og begrunnelse for hvorfor de skal delta i "EU- forskningen". Informasjonsspredning kan dels skje med breddeinfo Vl mange, men i Vllegg bør man markedsføre mulighetene mot ressurspersoner i selskap som vi i utgangspunktet tror kan ha interesse så da er det bare å melde sin interesse. 5
MoVvasjon: AkVvt inngrep innenfor de ulike arenaene i EU er vikvg fordi norske Smart Grid problemsvllinger Vl dels er betydelig forskjellige for problemsvllingene i mer termiske land. Dersom Norge ikke er representert i slike fora er det en fare for at norske prioriteringer ikke får fokus og derfor ikke blir VlgodeseO i ulike sammenhenger som f.eks. o Utlysninger ("calls") i FoU og demoprogrammene Vl EU (som Norge er med å finansierer) o Europeisk energiregulering (direkvver, forskri>er, network codes, ) o Europeiske standarder Pluss at vi går glipp av neoverk og informasjon 6
