NutRet (Nutrient Retention) tool developed within the EUROHARP (EU FP5) project data of different watersheds from all over the World process knowledge + regression analyses semi-empirical relationships static model; time step of 1 year option to incorporate a dynamic component for lakes was applied to calculate the P and N retention capacity of different Baltic Sea watersheds
