SmartGrids

Men.
Smart Cities Initiative: 25-30 ledende lav-karbon-økonomi SETIS, SET-Informasjonssystem
Expected development Transmission HVDC are mature technology for specific applications: long distance lines, subsea links and asynchronous systems interconnections Will deploy further with VSC to improve the operation of both onshore and offshore networks (reactive and active power control and multiterminal configurations) FACTS willl be used to increase the transmission capacity of existing transmission facilities New types of conductors, Gas Insulated Lines (GIL) and High Temperature Supercondctors (HTS) Dynamic thermal power rating and WAMS WACS are other interesting technology
Expected development Distribution More distributed generation (reaches 25-30% of total generation capacity in forerunner countries) More distributed energy sources - DER (CHP, energy storage demand side etc.) Electrical vehicles Reversed power flow - new operation philosophies, deployment of metering, telecommunication and remote control technologies An enhanced data exchange, with dedicated ICT platforms supervising the information flow between the electricity system players real time trading, fault prevention, asset management, generation control and demand side management
Fram mot 2020 50 % OF THE DSO networks IN EUROPE Enable the seamless integration of new intermittent renewable energy sources Operate network infrastructures based on a thorough understanding of demand Provide power and information to make customers smarter ALL TSOs Coordinate planning and operations of the pan- European Network with toolboxes delivered through ENTSO-E Integrate both renewable energysources and active demand with the help of full scale validated power technologies Study and propose to ACER new market rules that maximise European welfare
Oppsummering ETP SmartGrids stoppet litt opp når SDD (dokumentet vedr. implementering) var ferdig SET-Planen arbeider med prosessen for implementering, både R&D og demo EII SmartGrids viktig for Norge (men også EII PV og EII Wind) Rettningslinjer for finansiering kommer Joint programming kommer Arbeidet i ENTSO-E veldig viktig for Norge
