The possible legislative follow-up to the Communications presented today could include amendments to the following pieces of legislation, depending on the outcome of the future work: Electricity Directive, Electricity Regulation, ACER Regulation, Infrastructure Regulation, Electricity Security of Supply Directive Energy Efficiency Directive, Renewables Directive. Furthermore, the work will impact the shape of a number of network codes, in particular the codes on Balancing and Emergency and Restoration. The future proposals and their impact assessments will take into account the economic implications and the inputs received through the consultation process. 10
