Som du vil se, inneholder prislisten flere artikler enn selve produktkatalogen. På de følgende sidene finner du all informasjon du trenger for å fylle ut bestillingsskjemaet. Når du fyller ut bestillingen er det viktig at du husker å skissere standen din, samt tegne inn hvor du vil ha plassert spots, hyller, vann, avløp etc. How to place your order After consulting our product catalogue and decid ing which products and services you need for your stand, you should fill out the order form. As you can see, this pricelist presents a larger number of items than the product catalogue. The following pages contain all the information you need to fill out the order form. Please remember to provide a sketch of your stand layout, and use this to show the location of spots, shelves, water drainage and so forth. 4 Priser produkter & tjenester / Prices for products & services 04 Generelle betingelser ved bestilling av varer og tjenester General conditions for ordering goods and services Alle priser er ekskl. mva. I henhold til norsk lov vil mva bli lagt til og må også betales av utenlandske utstillere. Det tas forbehold om prisendringer. Bestillinger som mottas etter bestillingsfristen (se terminliste) blir behandlet i den rekkefølge de mottas, og kan bli belastet med 25% påslag. Bestillinger som mottas senere enn 48 timer før åpning av utstillingen, kan bli belastet med et påslag på 50%. Disse vil bli utført i den rekkefølge som bestillingen mottas, uten garanti for at arbeidet og/eller levering kan bli utført før utstillingen starter. Det tas forbehold om overbestilling. Eventuelle reklamasjoner for manglende levering må gjøres i utstillingstiden til den enkelte leverandør med kopi til servicesenteret. Leverandørenes fordringer i henhold til bestillinger er overdratt til Norges Varemesse, og betaling skal skje etter regning fra servicesenteret. Unntak fra dette er transport og lagring og møte og konferanse der fakturaene kommer direkte fra leverandør. All prices are quoted exclusive of Norwegian VAT. As required by Norwegian law, VAT will be added to prices and must also be paid by foreign exhibitors. We reserve the right to change prices. Orders received after the relevant deadline (see list) will be executed on a first come, first served basis, and a 25 per cent supplement may be charged. A 50 per cent supplement may be charged on orders received less than 48 hours before the opening of an exhibition. Such orders will be executed on a first come, first served basis, with no guarantee that work and/or delivery can be completed before the show begins. No liability is accepted if orders exceed capacity. Possible complaints about inadequate/inaccurate deliveries must be made during the exhibition to the supplier concerned, with a copy to the service centre. Orders to suppliers are transferred to Norway Trade Fairs, and will be invoiced by the service centre. The exceptions are transport and storage, and meetings and conferences. These will be invoiced directly by the supplier. Avbestilling av levert utstyr kan bli fakturert 25% av opprinnelig beløp. Avbestilling av montert utstyr kan bli fakturert 100%. Vi gjør oppmerksom på at reglementet til Norges Varemesse gjelder for messedeltakelsen. Prislisten gjelder kun for utstillere som deltar på utstillinger/ arrangement på Norges Varemesse, Lillestrøm, og som på forhånd har fått tilsendt Norges Varemesses egen prisliste av arrangøren for hvert enkelt arrangement på nevnte område. Twenty-five per cent of the cost may be invoiced if delivered equipment is cancelled. The full cost may be invoiced in the event that installed equipment is cancelled. Special delivery terms for the various products/services are provided in the introduction for each supplier. Please note that participation in the exhibition is governed by Norway Trade Fair s regulations. This price list applies to exhibitors who participate in exhibitions/events at Norway Trade Fairs in Lillestrøm, and who have been sent Norway Trade Fairs' own price list in advance by the organiser of each individual event at this venue.
