Il generatore è caratterizzato da una carcassa in plastica antiurto che ha permesso di limitare il peso a soli 4,5 kg, nonché le relative dimensioni. Si tratta di un generatore inverter monofase (230V) per saldatura MMA e TIG DC (con accensione Cebora Lift, utilizzando la torcia TIG Cebora T150, art ). Può saldare elettrodi fi no a Ø 3.25 ed ha un fattore di servizio di 130A al 30% (che diventa 100A al 100%). E ideale per interventi di manutenzione e riparazione, grazie alla leggerezza ed alla carcassa in plastica antiurto che consentono di utilizzarlo nelle più varie condizioni operative. E dotato di spallaccio che ne facilita il trasporto. The MMA POWER ROD 131 inverter powr source (art. 256) is suitable for MMA welding all rutile basic electrodes AWS 7018, in stainless steel and aluminium. The power source is distinguished by a shockproof plastic casing which has made it possible to reduce weight to just 4.5 kg, along with relative dimensions. This is a single-phase inverter power source (230V) for MMA and TIG DC welding (with Cebora Lift ignition, using the TIG Cebora T150 torch, art ). It can weld electrodes of up to Ø 3.25 and has a duty cycle of 130A at 30% (which becomes 100A at 100%). It is ideal for maintenance and repair jobs thanks to its lightweight and shockproof plastic casing which makes it suitable for use in many different operating conditions. It features a shoulder strap for easier transport. The compliance with EN brings substantial energy saving and a wide supply voltage tolerance (+15% / -20%). BI-WELDER TIG 2040 DC-HF is a single-phase 115V/230V inverter power source for TIG and MMA-SMAW use, not including AWS6010 cellulosic electrodes, designed for maintenance work and small production batches. The machine may work with pulsed arc, for use on thin workpieces where heat transfer must be minimal and is set up for remote control using the foot control (art. 193), remote control (art. 187), or up-down control on the torch. La gamma EVO SYNERGIC è composta da un generatore monofase EVO 200M SYNERGIC COMBI (Art. 622) e da due generatori trifase EVO 200T SYNERGIC (Art. 627) e EVO 350TC SYNERGIC (Art. 641) da 230A a 400A. Il generatore Art. 622 può lavorare anche con fi lo animato. I generatori sono dotati di gruppo trainafilo in alluminio (4 rulli nel modello EVO 350TC SYNERGIC) e di 12 posizioni di regolazione della corrente di saldatura (16 posizioni nel modello EVO 350TC SYNERGIC). Dispongono di un adeguata gamma di curve sinergiche memorizzate e sono particolarmente raccomandati per la saldobrasatura delle lamiere zincate e degli acciai ad alta resistenza. L utilizzo della torcia Push Pull Cebora 2003 permette ai generatori EVO SYNERGIC di essere indicati anche per la saldatura dell alluminio: la connessione della torcia Push Pull Cebora permette infatti di attivare gli specifici programmi sinergici creati da Cebora per fili di alluminio a partire dal Ø 0,6. El generador dispone de 28 curvas sinérgicas para alambre sólido de Ø 0,6 / 0,8 / 0,9 / 1,0 mm así como para alambre con núcleo fundente de Ø 0,9 mm. Los alambres con núcleo pueden ser soldados, con o sin protección gaseosa, mediante simple inversión de polaridad. Como opcional está disponible una actualización de la función de pulso (art. 238) que permite activar curvas sinérgicas de pulso específicas para acero dulce, acero inoxidable, aluminio y CuSi3, para llegar a más que 50 programas de soldadura en total. El panel LCD permite al usuario visualizar tipo de alambre y de gas, corriente y espesor, además de voltaje y velocidad del alambre. El generador cuenta con múltiples funciones que pueden ser reguladas desde el panel de control, tales como: longitud de arco, 2 tiempos, 4 tiempos, tiempo de soldadura, tiempo de pausa, inductancia, tiempo de recalentamiento del alambre, arranque suave, etc. Es un generador particularmente versátil y adecuado para múltiples usos -en particular para efectuar reparaciones, mantenimiento y reparaciones en carrocerías- que se caracteriza por su consumo limitado (PFC). El euroconector permite utilizar tanto el soplete MIG estándar como el soplete Cebora Push- Pull Es posible trabajar con dos tipos de bobina: Ø 200 mm y Ø 300 mm. Conforme con lo dispuesto por la norma EN O novo SYNSTAR 200 M é um gerador inverter monofásico sinérgico para soldagem MIG-MAG, com grupo de tracção do fi o Cebora de 2 rolos. O gerador é fornecido com 28 curvas sinérgicas para ferro maciço de Ø 0,6/0,8/0,9 e 1,0 mm e para fi o animado de Ø 0,9 mm. Os fi os animados podem-se soldar, com e sem protecção gasosa, com uma simples inversão de polaridade. Pode ser fornecido um upgrade de função pulsada como opcional (Art. 238) que permite activar curvas sinérgicas pulsadas dedicadas para aço macio, aço inox, alumínio e CuSi3, para ter mais de 50 programas de soldagem no total. O painel LCD permite ao utilizador a visualização do tipo de fi o e de gás, a corrente e a espessura, a voltagem e a velocidade do fi o. O gerador inclui numerosas funções reguláveis e acessíveis no painel, tais como: Comprimento do arco, 2 tempos/4 tempos, tempo de apontamento, tempo de pausa, impedância, Burn Back, acostagem, etc. É um gerador muito versátil e adequado para muitas utilizações, em especial para a reparação, manutenção e pequenos trabalhos em carroçaria, caracterizado pelos seus consumos reduzidos (PFC). A tomada Euro permite utilizar o maçarico MIG standard ou o maçarico Push-Pull 2003 Cebora. É possível trabalhar com dois tipos diferentes de bobinas: Ø 200 mm ou Ø 300 mm.
