1 Patentkrav 5 10 1. Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en forbindelse for tilveiebringelse av modifisert bitumen for asfalter, omfattende følgende trinn: - maling av vulkanisert gummi for å oppnå vulkanisert gummipulver med granulometri lavere enn 0,4 mm; - blanding av vulkanisert gummipulver, SBS og smøremiddel i en ekstruder, hvori vektprosenten av smøremiddel er mellom 1 % og 50 % i forhold til vekten av blandingen, og vulkanisert gummipulver er i vektprosent lik vektprosenten til SBS; - ekstrudering for å oppnå en ekstrudert forbindelse inneholdende det vulkaniserte gummipulveret, SBS og smøremiddel, hvori ekstruderingen finner sted ved en temperatur mellom 160 og 200 C. 15 2. Fremgangsmåten ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at granulometrien til vulkanisert gummipulver er mellom 0,09 og 0,32 mm. 20 3. Fremgangsmåten ifølge krav 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at gummipulver oppnås fra resirkulerte dekk ved slutten deres levetid (PFU). 4. Fremgangsmåte ifølge et hvilket som helst av de foregående kravene, karakterisert ved at SBS er av radial type. 25 5. Fremgangsmåte ifølge et hvilket som helst av de foregående kravene, karakterisert ved at SBS er av lineær type. 6. Fremgangsmåte ifølge et hvilket som helst av de foregående kravene, karakterisert ved at SBS er en blanding av radial SBS og lineær SBS. 30 7. Fremgangsmåten ifølge et hvilket som helst av de foregående kravene, karakterisert ved at smøremiddel er i vektprosent mellom 20-30 % i forhold til forbindelsens totale vekt. 35 8. Fremgangsmåte ifølge et hvilket som helst av de foregående kravene, karakterisert ved at smøremiddelet er mineralolje.

Fremgangsmåten ifølge et hvilket som helst av de foregående kravene, karakterisert ved at både gummipulver og SBS er i vektprosent mellom 35 % og 42 % i forhold til forbindelsens totale vekt. 5 10. Fremgangsmåten for modifisering av bitumen for fremstilling av asfalter, karakterisert ved at den sørger for tilsetting av den ekstruderte forbindelsen oppnådd med fremgangsmåten ifølge et hvilket som helst av kravene 1 til 9, hvori den ekstruderte forbindelsen tilsettes til bitumen i vektprosent mellom 5 og 30 % i forhold til den totale vekten av modifisert bitumen.
