BILAG 1 PRODUKTER Flexilisten PRODUKTBESKRIVELSE: BAKGRUNN: Flexilisten er et sikkerhetsprodukt utviklet for å forhindre fallende objekter i stillasgjennomføringer. Flexilisten fungerer ferdig montert som en 150mm høy beskyttelseskant rundt alle typer åpninger i stillasgulvet.
FORPAKNING Flexilisten leveres sammenlagt i en del. Forpakningens mål er 500mm x 150mm x 65mm. Vekt er 3 kg. I sammenlagt tilstand har Flexilisten to gjennomgående hull som er tilpasset løftekroker for transport til stillasdekket. Flexilisten åpnes og trekkes ut. Produktet består av fem harde sider og fire myke hengsler/ hjørner. Tre av de harde sidene er sammensatt av to glideprofiler for fleksibel tilpassing til gjennomføringen.
De tre harde sidene bestående av to glideprofiler tilpasses gjennomføringen. De to harde sidene bestående av en glideprofil føres mot hverandre som anvist av blå pil. Skjøtesone 2 Skjøtesone 1 De to harde sidene bestående av en glideprofil har en utstansing i underkant for enklere montering.
Ferdig sammensatt består Flexilisten av fire harde sider med to glideprofiler og fire myke hjørner/hengsler. Flexilistens fire harde sider er justerbar fra 400mm 800mm. For større gjennomføringer skjøtes flere sett av Flexilisten inn i systemet. Flexilistens åtte glideprofiler har hver sine to hull. Streng/strips tres gjennom disse for montering mot stillasgulv.

Whilst this preparation contains hazardous ingredients, harmful effects are unlikely in conditions of normal use. Fire can lead to thermal decomposition which will evolve hydrogenchloride fumes.
4 FIRST AID MEASURES INHALATION SKIN CONTACT EYE CONTACT Inhalation of fumes: Remove patient to fresh air. Burns from contact with hot melts: Cool the affected parts with clean cold water. Do not attempt to remove solidified plastic from the skin. Obtain immediate medical attention. Irrigate with eyewash solution or clean water holding the eyelids apart. Do not induce vomiting. Wash out mouth with water and give 200-300 ml (half a pint) of water. Obtain medical attention if ill effects occur. Thermal decomposition can occur at temperatures over 200ºC. Hydrogenchloride (HC1) 11 TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION This preparation contains Di-2-Ethylhexyl Phtalate (DEPH) which has been shown via ingestion studies on rodents to affect male fertility and foetus development. However, in this product DEHP is not freely available from the solid phase. Inhalation studies using DEHP vapour have not shown these effects.
12 ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION PVC preparations in fully gelled form are considered to be ecologically benign. They are not readily decomposed by weathering or by micro organism. Water Pollution Class in Germany, (Wassergefährdungsklasse), WGK= 0 (Self classification). Generally not water endangering. 13 DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS If possible recycle otherwise disposal should be in accordance with local, state or national legislation. Bury in an authorised landfill site or incinerate under approved controlled conditions. 14 TRANSPORT CONSIDERATIONS Not classified as hazardous for transport. 15 REGULATORY INFORMATION No EEC-label.
