Notice of Application for Permit to Drill and Produce Groundwater from the Bluebonnet Groundwater Conservation District in Waller County Waller County Municipal Utility District 19 ( WCMUD 19 ) is in southern Waller County and has submitted two Non-Exempt Well Registration Applications and two Well Operating Permit Application to the Bluebonnet Groundwater Conservation District for construction of two new water wells to serve the WCMUD 19 public water system. This public notice provides information regarding the MUD s new water well applications. Well No. 1 design has an estimated total depth of 910 feet, and the well will pump water from the Evangeline Aquifer with a 500 gallon per minute pump. WCMUD 19 is proposing to provide water from the two water wells (Well No. 1 & Well No. 2) for beneficial, non-wasteful use in the public water system. Production from the wells would be managed in a manner designed to minimize any interference with any neighboring wells completed in the same aquifer.
