Everything made available to the public, either in writing, in lectures, by exploitation or otherwise, shall be considered as known (prior art) Inventive step An invention must also differ sufficiently from prior art The invention must not be obvious to a person skilled in the art Industrial applicability The invention must be reproducible 3
