USING THE REMOTE CONTROL LOADING BATTERIES Use two size-aaa (R0) batteries. Remove the remote control cover. Insert batteries, making sure the (+) and (-) polarities are correctly a lign ed. 6Ķ The display indicates Ą AM 6:00Ąą when batteries are properly installed. Reinstall the cover. HOW TO USE THE REMOTE CONTROL Point the remote control towards the unitąŋs signal receiver window and press the desired button. The unit generates a beep when it receives the signal. 6Ķ Make sure there is no object between the remote control and the unit. 6Ķ The signal effective distance is 7m. CAUTION: 6Ķ Do not expose the receiver window to direct sunlight. This may adversely affect its operation. PLASMACLUSTER OPERATION SELF CLEAN OPERATION Plasmacluster ions released into the room are effective against airborne contaminants, such as mold, viruses, and allergens. SELF CLEAN operation will reduce the growth mold fungus with Plasmacluster ions and dry inside of the air conditioner unit. Utilize the operation at seasonal change over terms.
