Kontroller kundebrev for riktig kampanjekode, om bilen skal ha AKK-5 eller AKK-6. Om kunden ikke har med brev, bruk Forhandlerweb! Noen av bilene kan også allerede ha fått utført kampanjen før levering. Kampanjen er i praksis identisk med AKK-6, men med forskjellig delenummer og defektkode. Det er viktig å legge inn rett kode for rett bil. Problem/symptomer: Mulig feil på sting i seterygg som kan påvirke sideairbag. Tiltak: Skifte setetrekk på forseter, kun rygg (ikke setepute). Delebehov: 1 stk. 85380-64R30-AN7 NB! Inneholder trekk for seterygg begge sider. Delenummeret er et annet enn AKK-6! Deler til denne kampanjen blir ikke belastet dere, og skal således heller ikke påføres reklamasjonen. Tilleggsinformasjon: Kampanjen er opprettet på Forhandlerweb. Ved reklamasjon: Legg inn chassisnummer/registreringsnummer under "Teknisk" / "Opprett Reklamasjon" på Forhandlerweb og trykk på "Søk". Trykk på "Velg" når bil kommer opp under "Søkeresultat" Du får nå valget mellom å opprette en blank reklamasjon eller en forhåndssøknad eller en kampanje. Merk av for kampanje AKK-5 "Skifte setetrekk", fyll ut datoer, arbeidsordrenummer og kilometerstand og lagre. Ved siden av kampanjekode "AKK-5" velges «Skifte setetrekk». 3. Removal (Rh Seat shown in the pictures) 1) Move the seat to the front end by shift slide lever, then get down the seat back to front by reclining lever. 2) Remove the matching part at tail side and bottom of seat back. 3) Cut the trim to the slit of which side airbag harness (together with seat heater harness for seat heater specification model) passed like the photo with scissors. Caution: Do not damage the harness when cut the trim. Cut the trim like the above photo 4) Roll up the seat back trim, and remove the first resin bracket which secured the trim on frame Reverse side of trim shown in the photo, after the trim removed from frame, for your better understanding Resin Bracket 5
5) Roll up the trim again and remove the securing nut located at the outside of seat, then take off the metal bracket from the stud bolt. Nut Metal Bracket Metal Bracket 6) Roll up the trim again, and remove the second resin bracket (which secured trim on frame) from the frame. Resin Bracket 6
7) After change the location of worker to be front side of seat back and pull up the seat back, remove the two C-rings shown in the photo. Caution: Never use the removed C-rings, and new C-rings must be used. As C-ring was not originally located on the center, it was/is not abnormal but OK. 8) After change the location of worker to be tail side of seat back, roll up the trim again, and remove the third resin bracket (which secured trim on frame) from the frame. Resin Bracket 9) Take off the two C-rings shown in the photo. Caution: Never use the removed C-rings, and new C-rings must be used. 7
10) After change the location of worker to be front side of seat back, remove the C-rings located on the 4 address shown in the photo. Caution: Never use the removed C-rings, and new C-rings must be used. 11) Remove the headrest and take off the trim comp from the seat. 8
4. Installation Paying attention to the point mentioned below, install the parts by just the reverse steps of disassembling procedure. C-ring must be installed correctly pinching it until the end come to the correct position as shown in the middle photo below and getting the end to face in urethane form side. Caution: If the C-ring not installed correctly, C-ring may be come off or trim being be damaged by the end of C-ring to cause the visual problem of seat, or human being may be injured by the end of C-ring. Not enough Correct Too much When reinstall the metal bracket with cloth on the frame which removed at item 5), pay attention to the cloth not to be kinked. Caution: If the cloth installed under kinked condition, side airbag may not be deployed correctly. So, the metal bracket must be installed correctly with cloth not to be kinked. Cloth not to be kinked, when installing Bracket When reinstall the metal bracket on the frame which removed at item 5), follow the below turns. Caution: If the metal bracket installed by wrong turns, side airbag may not be deployed correctly. So, the metal bracket must be installed by turns mentioned below. 1st 2nd 9
Secure the nut which removed at item 5), by the correct tightening torque. Caution: If the nut tightened by wrong torque, side air bag may not be deployed correctly. So, the nut must be installed by correct torque mentioned below. Tightening Torque M6 Nut: 5.5±1.5 Nm Cut part at item3) must be secured by fastener referring to the below photos, as the final countermeasure part will also be cut as same shape. Set the side airbag harness (only or with seat heater harness), referring to the above photo. Secure by fastener. When secure the resin bracket which removed at item2), make sure not to be NG but to be OK condition shown below. OK: Pad was partially coming out from the frame. NG: Pad was located all in the frame. 10
