15 If applicant forget his Application ID they can find their ID by clicking Forgot Application ID on Login Page. After clicking Forgot Application ID a new page will open in which there are three options are available : Search by Student Name & DOB Search by Bank Account Number Search by Registered Mobile Number Applicant can search their ID by using any one of the given option.

20 After completion of Registration Details applicants are directed to fill his/her Academic Details. In this form applicants will enter his/her Contact Details by filling the following mandatory fields: Applicant s State District Block/Taluk House No./Street No. etc. Pin Code After filling contact details applicants will have to select Scholarship Scheme for which he/she is applying for Minority Welfare Department

28 Now the Upload Document section will appear. In NSP 2.0 applicants will not upload his/her documents except his/her Photograph. After filling all the mandatory fields Click Final Submit Button as shown in figure. Minority Welfare Department

Applicants are required to take the print of the application form for future use and attach his/her supporting documents with the copy of this application form and submit it to the authorized person of his/her institute.
