The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, Guess Who s Coming for the Dinner and Victoria and the Staveneys present the topic outsider in different ways. Write an essay that explores important aspects of the outsider in two of these texts. 2. Write a short article about what you consider to be the main problems confronting Native Americans in present day United States.
Part 2: Grammar 40% 1. Read the following passage and then answer the questions which follow. 1. Keeping pets, for the English, is not so much a leisure activity as an entire way of life. 2. In fact, keeping pets is an inaccurate and inadequate expression. It does not begin 3. to convey the exalted status of our animals. You may choose British RP or General American (GA) accent. Before starting the transcription, write which accent it represents.
