H ighly flexible - accommodates movement of pre-existing cracks of up to 1mm. Minimum applied thickness is 10mm. Up to 100mm thick on vertical surfaces. xcellent resistance to aggressive elements: UV, Weathering, Chloride ion and carbonation attack. Achieves 50 MPa after 28 days. C an be applied to a wide range of substrates: Concrete, Render, Masonry, Fibrous cement products, Metals and Timber. Skim Coat Cementitious fairing mortar to cover surface imperfections For use on vertical concrete or masonry surfaces. Suitable for a wide range of porous surfaces such as cement. concrete, brick and masonry. Infills up to 3mm thickness. Seals and conditions surface. Quick drying and low VOC. May be overcoated after a minimum of 24 hours. Free of hazardous odours. Provides excellent penetrating properties on porous substrates. Suitable for aged and weathered paintwork.
