147 Kople manometer til utedelen på varmepumpen og vakuumere Vi tar utgangspunkt i manometer uten stengekraner på enden av slangene, og at vi bruker høytrykksiden.. Kople rød slange til serviceporten på utedelen.. Kople gul slange til vakuumpumpen.. Juster nåla på klokka til null (bruk et skrujern).. Steng kranene på manometeret.. Ta av blindlokk på ventiler (de som åpner for kuldemedie) og bruk umbrakonøkkel for å forsikre deg om at ventilene er lukket.. Start vakuumpumpen og skru opp eventuelle kraner på denne.. Skru så opp kranen på klokka på høytrykksiden (rød krane).. Observer lyden på vakuumpumpen. Du hører forskjell på om den suger luft eller vakum. Suger den luft en stund vet du at du har fått åpnet ventilene på både vakuumpumpen (der du koplet til den gule slangen) og ventilen på serviceventilen på utedelen (der du koplet til den røde slangen). 9. Nå skal nåla på klokke gå i minus (vakuum). 0. Vakuumer i ca minutter.. Steng ut vakuumpumpen. Observer nåla på klokka i - minutter. DEN SKAL IKKE BEVEGE SEG, (da har du lekkasje). Dette er en trykkfallstest. (Se tabell kokepunkt vann). Les av verdien på vakuumeteret.. Start vakuumering igjen ved å åpne for vakuumpumpen. (Har du stoppet vakuumpumpen må du starte denne før du åpner kranen på klokka).. Vakuumer ferdig og ta trykkfallstesten på nytt. (Se tabell kokepunkt vann).. Nå kan du åpne ventiler for kuldemedie.. 148 VANNETS KOKEPUNKT VED SKIFTENDE TRYKK Denne tabellen er ment som et hjelpemiddel ved vakuumering av varmepumper og klimaanlegg. Som vi vet er fuktighet i rør og varmevekslere i klima og varmepumpeanlegg årsak til mange havarier. Havariene skjer ved at fuktighet blander seg med oljen i kompressor og danner syre og forurensinger. Bevegelige deler mister smøring, og elektriske motorer kortslutter. Fjerning av vann og fuktighet fra anleggene er derfor meget viktig. Kokepunktet for vann varierer med trykket og temperaturen vanndampen blir utsatt for. Vann koker som kjent ved havoverflaten på 00 grader C. Underliggende tabell viser at ved trykkreduksjon koker vannet ved lavere temperaturer. Ved hjelp av vakuumpumpen får vi senket trykket sugd ut denne vanndampen, vi får da tørket ut anlegget. Derfor er høyest mulig temperatur og lavt trykk under vakuumeringsprossen så viktig. 149 ETTERFYLLING AV GASS R0A OG R0C MED MANOMETER MED RATT. Kople gul slange (den du vanligvis kopler til vacuumpumpen) fra manometer til kulde mediumflaskens liquid, væske port. (bruk adapter). Kople rød/blå slange til serviceventilen på varmepumpens utedel.. Skru opp væskeventilen på flaska slik at det kommer litt gass ut i enden på den rød/blå slangen (den du kopler til utedelen). På denne måten unngår du luft i slangene.. Skru så igjen koblingshylsene på slangene.. Start opp og sett varmepumpa i kjølemodus.. Plasser kuldemediumflasken på vekta og nullstill denne.. Påse at trykket i kuldemedieflasken er høyere enn trykket på anlegget du skal fylle på.. Når riktig antall gram er påfylt, steng ventil på kuldemdiumflaska. (vekta skal da vise minus). Fyll på 00 gram i slengen. 9. Unngå å røre for mye på slanger/manometer/gassflaske under fylling, da vekta er veldig ømfintlig. 0. Steng så kranen på kuldemediumflasken.. Steng ¼ kranen (minste kranen) på utedelen, la kompressor suge ut trykket i slanger og rør.. Kople av manometer og slanger, åpne så ¼ kranen umiddelbart.. Kontrollere trykk og temperatur i kjøle og varmemodus. OBS. Ikke fyll for store mengder væske i gangen. Eks.00 0 gram. VIKTIG: UNNGÅ Å FÅ GASS PÅ HUDEN, GASSEN ER - GR. C. BRUK HANSKER! 150 Ta gassen tilbake til anlegget. Kople til rød/blå slange fra manometeret på serviceventil (den du vanligvis kopler til serviceventilen). (Husk å stenge både den rød og blå kranen på klokka før du kopler).. Start og kjør anlegget i kjølemodus.. Steng ventil på det tynne røret (veske rør).. Når måleren på manometeret viser - bar, steng ventil på det tykke røret så hurtig som mulig. Vær nøye med at du ikke kommer under 0 bar.. Deretter må du slå av anlegget så fort som mulig.. OBS! 151 Tømming og refylling av anlegg. Kople manometer til serviceventilen. (den slangen du vanligvis kopler til).. Skru opp ventil på slangen og klokka og slipp gassen inn på en tom beholder. (Eller bruk tømmeaggregat.) Bruk filter hvis mediet skal gjennbrukes.. Kople til vakuumpumpa som vanlig og vakuumer. (Det tar lengre tid en vanlig å oppnå vakuum, da du nå også vakuumerer utedelen).. Ved fullført vakuumering steng ventilen på slangen som er koplet til vakuumpumpa.. Kople fra denne slangen fra vakuumpumpa og kople den til gassflaska (liquid porten).. Sett flaska på vekta og nullstill denne.. Start opp og sett varmepumpa i kjølemodus.. Åpne kranen på gassflaska (liquid-kranen). 9. Når riktig antall gram steng ventil på blå slange (vekta skal da vise minus). Fyll på 00 gram i slengen 0. Unngå å røre for mye på slanger/manometer/gassflaske under fylling, da vekta er veldig ømfintlig.. Steng så kranen på gassflaska.. Kople av manometer og slanger.. Skru så opp ventilene på slangene og manometeret slik at all gassen blåser ut. (Husk å åpne forsiktig slik at du ikke ødelegger pakninger i slangene). 152 Trykktesting med Nitrogen Denne testen skal du ta etter at du har koplet sammen innedel og utedel på varmepumpen. Hensikten er å finne eventuelle lekkasjer før kjølemediet slippes inn i rørkretsen. OBS. Utøv forsiktighet ved bruk av nitrogenutstyr. Det arbeides med meget høyt trykk.. Forsikre deg om at alle kraner på nitrogenmanifolden er stengt.. Kople til nitrogengassflasken til manifolden.. Kople rød slange fra manometer til serviceporten på utedelen.. Kople svart slange fra nitrogenmanifolden til midten på manometeret. (der hvor gul slange vanligvis står). Her må du ha en overgangsnippel.. Juster nåla på klokka (den røde) til null. (bruk et skrujern).. Steng kranene på manometeret.. Ta av blindlokk på ventiler (De som åpner for kuldemedie) og bruk umbrakonøkkel for å forsikre deg om at ventilene er lukket.. Åpne kranen på nitrogenflaska og kranen på manifolden. Nå skal du ha et positivt trykk på måleren til venstre på manifolden. 9. Skru opp den svarte kranen i underkant på manifolden Slik at nitrogen kommer frem til manometeret. Nå skal du ha positivt trykk på måleren til høyre på manifolden. 0. Skru opp den røde krana på manometeret. Nå skal trykket falle på den høyre måleren på manifolden, som igjen betyr at nitrogen strømmer frem til varmepumpen. Har du krane på den røde slangen kan du bruke den som siste sjekk for å vite om du har fått åpnet ventilen på serviceventilen på utedelen.. Nå kan du slippe ca bar trykk inn på rørkretsen. Sjekk for lekkasjer. Slipp så inn ca 0 bar. Sjekk for lekkasje.. Skru igjen den røde kranen på manometeret.. Nå kan du kople fra nitrogenutstyret. VIKTIG. Skru først igjen kranen på nitrogenflaska. Deretter må du slippe ut trykket via den blå kranen på manometeret. Åpne forsiktig!. Nå kan du kople fra nitrogenmanifolden.. Når trykket har stått på rørkretsen noen minutter uten at trykket har sunket kan du skru opp den røde krana og slippe ut trykket via der den gule slangen vanligvis står..
