Møtebehandling Kaja Skårdal Hegstad and Hanne Maren Reistad will edit the survey before it is sent out to the studentsmake a last suggestion before it will be sent out. A teat will be sent out to the students members as a test. When? After Easter To who: 1 st and 2 nd year of Bachelor programs and Master programs (120stp) Votering Unanimous Vedtak Kaja Skårdal Hegstad and Hanne Maren Reistad will edit the survey before it is sent to the students. The student representatives of the Committee will serve as a test /focus group. The survey will be sent students in the first and second year of the Bachelor and Master programs. Styret understreker at det i utarbeidelsen av politikk og delstrategier skal legges vekt på at dette gjelder utdyping av den overordnet strategien, og skal ha et faglig perspektiv på tvers av institusjonen. Specific strategy for internationalization The board emphasizes that the aim of the development of policies and specific strategies are to support and lift the main strategy for the Nord university Strategy The specific strategies must have a scientific perspective across the university

Extract from the protocol University Board meeting: I sak 5/18 i styremøte vedtok styret blant annet: «Strategiske tiltak 2018: 15,5 MNOK o 7,0 MNOK for å styrke forskningsaktiviteten. o 5,0 MNOK rettet mot internasjonalisering direkte til fakultetene o 2,5 MNOK til talentutviklingsprogram og kompetanseheving. o 1,0 MNOK FoU-midler til Phd-kandidatene» I saken (17/02076) står blant annet følgende: «5,0 MNOK rettet mot internasjonalisering direkte til fakultetene, med krav om måloppnåelse ihht Strategi 2020 og fakultetene handlingsplaner. Midlene skal brukes til økt mobilitet for studenter på gradsgivene studier og stimulere til økt internasjonalt forskningssamarbeid for ph.d. kandidater.
